I work with residential investment properties such as duplexes and similar small multi-family homes across Cuyahoga, Summit and Lorain Counties. I keep it residential — I do not handle commercial real estate, rentals, leasing, or property management.

Since August 2024, Ohio buyers sign a written buyer agreement before touring properties with an agent, and I walk you through that up front. Ohio sellers generally provide the Residential Property Disclosure Form, and homes built before 1978 come with a federal lead-based paint disclosure. Many Cuyahoga County cities require a point-of-sale inspection, and I confirm the rules for each property.
